    COLLEGE FRESHMEN

    STEP 1. Register to bit.ly/feuregistration

    STEP 2. Pay Php 500 pesos to secure your examination schedule through our payment channels: https://bit.ly/FEUD-PAYMENTCHANNELS-TER

    STEP 3. Send proof of payment to admissions@feudiliman.edu.ph and accounting@feudiliman.edu.ph or upload the proof of payment through the admissions portal for the booking of the exam schedule

    STEP 4. Take the exam – The exam is good for 180 minutes

    STEP 5. Students who passed the exam may now proceed to settle the RESERVATION FEE to secure their slots in any of our degree programs

    RESERVATION FEE – PHP 5,000 (non-refundable but deductible to the tuition and fees)
    DOWNPAYMENT – Php 9,000 pesos (it is inclusive of the reservation fee)

    • If the student processes the reservation online, the student number will be provided through email as well.
    • If the reservation was made on-site, the student should go to the Admissions Office and bring the exam results; we can process the reservation with or without requirements. Just remember to inform the client that the reservation is non-refundable.
    • The admission team will be in charge of generating the student number, assisting the client in going to the cashier's office to settle the payment and providing all necessary enrolment information.
    • Ensure that the client provides accurate and up-to-date contact information, as we will use it to notify them of all enrolment announcements.


    COLLEGE TRANSFEREE

    STEP 1. Register to bit.ly/feuregistration

    STEP 2. The student needs to determine which process you would like to pursue for your application and your desired degree program.

    OPTION 1 Back-to-Zero: No crediting needed and will start fresh. TOR and other credentials may be submitted late but will still be required to be handed out as it is part of the admission requirements.

    • If the student chooses Back-to-Zero, the student may already proceed to take the exam.

    OPTION 2 Undergo crediting: TOR is a priority to credit the units taken from the previous university

    • If a student chooses to undergo crediting, he or she must provide a TOR or a certified true copy of his or her grades so that we can forward it to the department, and while waiting he/she can take the entrance exam.

    STEP 5. Crediting – The student must present the Grade 11 report card to know what subjects will be credited from the previous school

    STEP 6. Once decided, the student may now settle the RESERVATION FEE to secure their slots in any of our academic strands

    SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL ESC
    • FEU Diliman recognizes all incoming senior high school students who are ESC grantees.
    • If the student is from a private school, he or she must produce a certificate from his or her previous school to confirm that he or she is an ESC grantee.
    • If the pupil attends a public school, no certificate is necessary hence the student should submit the GRADE 10 report card with the signature of their Principal and Adviser
    • Grade 10 students who are not ESC grantees may also apply through https://ovap.peac.org.ph/ Qualified students should submit their Original Certificate/voucher to the Admissions Office or Registrar
    • Php 18,000 from a private school in the NCR
      Php 22,500 from a public school in the NCR

      *The amount may differ depending on the region from which the student graduated.


    JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL

    KINDER

    STEP 1. The admission associate must know how old the student is.

    As per DepEd, the student must be 5 years old on or before October to be admitted as Kinder.

    STEP 2. If the student turns 5 years old before October 30, he or she may be scheduled for an admissions test with the Guidance Unit.

    STEP 3. If the student passed the exam, he/she may now proceed to RESERVATION

    RESERVATION FEE – PHP 5,000 (non-refundable but deductible to the tuition and fees)

    DOWNPAYMENT – Php 20,000 pesos (it is inclusive of the reservation fee)

  3. SCHOLARSHIPS

    This is only applicable to incoming freshmen.

    • On-Campus Admission Test (OCAT) - If you get at least 90% in the examination, you may use this to apply for our Entrance Merit Scholarship

    • Qualification Benefits
      College Admission Test Score of 95 or above and a high school GWA of 0% or better
      • 100% discount of tuition fee
      • Valid for 1 term
      College Admission Test Score of 90 - 94 and a high school GWA of 85 - 89%
      • 50% discount of tuition fee
      • Valid for 1 term

    1. President's Scholarship - For students who will graduate with honors, high honors, or highest honors.

      Requirements:

      • Grade 11 and 12 Report Card
      • Certificate of Honor
      • Certificate of Ranking (indicating the graduating batch population)
      • ITR (Income Tax Return)
      • Certificate of Good Moral
      • PSA Birth Certificate

      How to apply:

      • Submit requirements to the Admissions Office
      • If you are chosen, the admissions team will contact you to notify you that you have been awarded a scholarship.
      • Please note that the scholarship application is subject to the approval of the scholarship committee.

    2. Elite Scholarship - For students who will graduate from science high school

      Requirements:

      • Grade 11 and 12 Report Card
      • Certificate of Ranking (indicating the graduating batch population)
      • ITR (Income Tax Return)
      • Certificate of Good Moral
      • PSA Birth Certificate

      How to apply:

      • Submit requirements to the Admissions Office
      • If you are chosen, the admissions team will contact you to notify you that you have been awarded a scholarship.
      • Please note that the scholarship application is subject to the approval of the scholarship committee.

    3. Academic Scholarship - You will be classified as a regular student for the first semester, and if you obtain good grades, you may apply for the next trimester

    4. Note:
      Candidates will be screened, evaluated, and ranked and from this list, the Scholarship Committee shall make its selection.


  4. DISCOUNTS
    1. Sibling Discount/Family Discount

      The older sibling will receive no discount.
      2nd sibling - 30% on basic tuition fee
      3rd sibling - 25% on basic tuition fee
      4th sibling - 20% on basic tuition fee
      5th sibling - 15% on basic tuition fee

      Note:
      All students must be enrolled at FEU Diliman, and their discounts must be renewed each school year. Tagging is under the Registrar’s office.


    2. Cash Discount
